AFGE 1502

Please, let’s give these members a hand up and provide them the ability to take care of their Families when the chips are really down.  Can you give just a little, even a few hours will add up cumulatively if we all give just a little. The following members of AFGE Local 1502 are in need of leave donations: 

     
  Mr. Wendell A. MacLeod is being treated for a medical condition.  He requires leave for a period of leave without pay.

Please send your Request to Donate Annual Leave to Leave Recipient (OPM Form 630-A) to CPAC, MS #37, or FAX your request to 967-4698. You can obtain these forms by contacting your supervisor or calling the union office at 968-3252.
